Seeking a qualified Accounting Asst. The ideal candidate must be organized and self-motivated. This position requires a background in accounting with proven experience in Accounts Receivable. Duties will include :
- Processing Daily Check Deposit
- Daily Billing for All Fuel Oil Customers
- Reconciling the Daily Routes and Fuel Inventory
- Cash Posting Must be a team player, highly organized and experienced in a high-volume AR Department. Knowledge of accounting systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams etc. QuickBooks experience is a plus.Seeking a qualified Accounting Asst.
