Responsibilities – Accounting Assistant :
Process accounts payablePrepare monthly reconciliationsEnter inventory into computerAssist the Warranty clerk with payment processing.Work closely with the Controller to make sure accounting office is running smoothlyMaintain orderly filesRecord credit card receiptsPost funding noticesHelp in other departments as needed.Qualifications / Requirements - Accounting Assistant :
A minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience is requiredIntermediate comfort level with ExcelMust be a self-starterMust be computer savvyMust have good phone skills – a “people person”High School Diploma required – an Associate’s degree preferredSound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing.Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics for data entry assignments.Must be able to multitask without losing focusMust be able to manage internal / external relations successfully.Good problem-solving skills.Ability to answer and transfer phone calls.Excellent customer relations and service.Please upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer .
