Responsibilities
- Data Entry : Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Reconciliations : Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and electronic.
- Reporting : Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for management review.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Support Audits : Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Communication : Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and account balances.
- General Support : Assist with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
