Our Client is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their Accounts Payable Team This position will be responsible for a variety of Accounts Payable The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and reliable, with a customer focus and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
Process and book in a timely manner to proper general ledger accounts, all vendor
invoices, resolving any discrepancies making sure all credits owed to JM are
received.
- Act as backup for weekly vendor payments including checks, EFT and ComData
- Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
- Request, maintain and monitor Sales Tax Exemption Forms from all Vendors
- Update Corporate vehicle maintenance list with cost of repairs
- Enter Auto Loan Amortization Schedules in Sage as Recurring Payable Invoices
- Set-up and maintain monthly recurring payables and issue payments first of every
month
Monthly when bills are received.
