Immediate opening for a position that includes both accounting and administrative responsibilities in Smyrna, TN. If you are able to meet deadlines, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, this could be a great opportunity for you. This position requires 3 years of billing and AR collections experience, and proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint. Receivables experience is required in manufacturing or a related industry.
salary : $45,000 - $47,000 per year

work hours : 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and sales orders
- Reconciliations
- AR collections
- AR scanning (imaging)
- Create credit memos for returns
- Research chargebacks
- Backup for Accounts Payable
- Manage the front desk and provide administrative support (sorting mail, answering phones, greeting visitors)
- Event coordination
- Create presentations in Powerpoint
