Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from our valued Loyalty Programs and assisting the retail customer in registering in the Loyalty Program.
• Perform data processing in support of the Retail Loyalty Program card member, provide card balance, transfer lost cards, assist with member questions and escalate issues to proper level.
• Data entry of member’s information with accurate information obtained on the call or paper registrations.
• Routing calls to appropriate resolution point as needed.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner.
