We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to oversee and enhance the data and reporting capabilities for a rapidly expanding organization in Southern Nevada. This role involves designing and developing BI dashboards, metrics, and reports while fostering a data-driven culture across business functions. As a key player in driving strategic insights, the Senior BI Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to turn complex data into actionable business decisions. This multidisciplinary position spans requirements gathering, technical report design, analysis, testing, and post-implementation support. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and reports to support both operational and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with BI engineers and data users to enhance data models and key performance indicators (KPIs) in response to evolving business needs.
- Oversee the administration of BI tools, data systems, and processes to maintain optimal functionality.
- Provide user training and support to ensure consistent data utilization and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to analyze data trends or create custom reports.
- Continuously optimize reporting processes and explore opportunities for innovative BI solutions.
