The Credit and Collections Specialist will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, initiating collection efforts, evaluating credit applications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues.
- Evaluate credit applications, establish credit limits based on company policies, and approve daily orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding credit and collections.
