In this position you will: assist customers with questions over the phone, input data on the computer, look up data on the computer, access account information through a computer system, handle customer complaints and provide resolutions, record details of customer calls, follow specific procedures and policies, data entry of customer specific information, review documents and more!

Available shifts include:
9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm
Qualifications include:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to type efficiently
- Customer courtesy
- Call center experience
- Passing a background and drug screen
