shift : First
work hours : 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Face to Face customer service assisting customers in-person and over the phone regarding inquiries and orders
- Greet and assist onsite guests with their requests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and engage in email correspondence
- Must have QuickBooks experience; invoicing and quoting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
- Spanish speaking a plus
