Responsibilities
- Perform startup and shutdown procedures for production line areas.
- Conduct troubleshooting of machinery, focusing on rapid problem-solving to minimize downtime.
- Execute process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency.
- Install and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals.
- Maintain a focus on safety, adhering strictly to company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform equipment changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems to ensure continuous production.
- Participate in cross-training to gain a comprehensive understanding of plant operations.
- Must be self-proficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
