Job Posting: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain and optimize advanced machinery for precision rolls and web handling equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of electro-mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring top-tier functionality
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and efficiently
- Calibrate electro-mechanical devices to industry standards and ensure compliance with safety codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across both electrical and mechanical systems using methodical approaches
- Install and modify electrical components, including soldering and assembling parts
- Use hand and power tools to align and assemble machinery accurately
- Perform daily inspections to identify and address any startup issues
- Ensure all parts conform to exact specifications by verifying dimensions and tolerances
- Fabricate custom jigs, housings, and fixtures using metalwork machinery
- Repair and calibrate pneumatic systems to meet exact job specifications
- Diagnose control system faults and apply effective solutions
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute tasks
- Fabricate temporary replacements for parts until new ones are procured
- Manage equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors for part ordering
- Document daily maintenance progress and task completion
- Share your expertise by training new team members on electro-mechanical systems and maintenance practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations at all times

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
- Strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team mindset
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols
