Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain Control Systems :
Set up, program, and calibrate PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and other automation systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, control, and automation system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems, electrical components, and automated machinery.
Recommend and implement upgrades to control systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system changes, and troubleshooting efforts.
