We are searching for a Facility Services Supervisor in Wichita, KS to work at a great company. Candidates should have 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, with maintenance and repair of building, grounds, equipment, and systems, such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, as well as general contractor projects.

Responsibilities :
- Perform regular supplemental cleaning and sanitization of all areas of the facility
- Perform general facility maintenance and repair
- Respond to all interior facility cleaning needs and requests that arise throughout the workday
- Coach, develop, motivate, and mentor direct reports
- Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure equipment and systems are properly maintained
- Perform outside cleaning and maintenance duties such as trimming trees, maintaining lawn sprinkler system, removing debris, de-icing walkways, or removing snow using shovels and brooms
