Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions in both languages.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Translate HR documents, policies, and communications as needed.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing support in both languages.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Organize and maintain HR files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
