We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resource Manager to join our team. This role is fully responsible for HR duties and daily operations to ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources functions as well as payroll functions and general accounting principles, making them a valuable asset to our organization.
salary : $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform pre-employment drug test, physical scheduling and E-Verify for other departments.
- Payroll processing for both salary and hourly pay cycles and general ledger accounting tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the finance team to understand financial concepts related to HR functions.
- Utilize accounting software to track debits and credits associated with employee benefits and compensation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while assisting in the development of HR policies.
- Provide support for employee on-boarding processes.
- Workers comp reporting
- Various other duties and task
