We are looking for an HR Generalist to assist in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding :
Overseeing the hiring process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Identify employee development needs and implement training programs to enhance skills and improve performance.
Manage employee performance evaluations, set clear expectations, and offer feedback for improvement.
Administer employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
