What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Randstad?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with management and employees to resolve employee relations issues, new hire orientation and onboarding, the performance management process, recruitment and benefit administration, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs and foster a positive, productive work environment.
This is an onsite position with our client located in Golden, Colorado 80401. The shift time is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment efforts
- Go to point of contact for employee relations, claims, and grievances
- Run the weekly New Hire First Day Orientation and present PowerPoint deck
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration using Workday
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Manage Communication boards for 5 different buildings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
