We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inside Technical Consultant with a strong background in residential HVAC systems. This mid-level position involves providing technical troubleshooting assistance and support to Lennox dealers, contractors, and Field Sales personnel through a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition from fieldwork to an office-based role.What we are looking for :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience : Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Preference for candidates with 5 years of hands-on experience.
A strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including installation, service, and controls.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
A strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple technical requests.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP preferred.
Work Environment :
Schedule : In-office Monday through Thursday, remote on Friday.
Career Growth : Candidates will start with phone support and progress through email and chat support as they gain experience.
Interview Process :
Teams interviews (2-3 rounds).

Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting and installation assistance for residential HVAC equipment.
Diagnose issues with refrigeration circuits, components, and controls to guide callers to appropriate resolutions.
Offer technical documentation and support to contractors, engineers, and Lennox personnel.
Escalate cases to field personnel when on-site assistance is necessary.
Maintain accurate call records in the call-tracking database to ensure proper follow-up.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Provide support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
