The Training and Technical Support position plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls and assisting customers, the sales team and branch team members. You will assist customers by taking care of billing, scheduling, and posting training classes. You will work alongside your team to provide friendly and efficient service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

    Open training center at 8:00am and close it at 5:00pm Monday through Friday
    Teach, assist, prepare, set-up, clean-up, gather materials, develop content, etc. for training classes
    Handle technical support calls from customers as needed
    Assist with warranty diagnosis and on-field visits as needed
    Take care of billing, scheduling, and posting training classes
    Make sure the training room is clean, straight, and computers are working properly. Any issues with the computers will be taken care of by our IT department. 
    Keep up with supplies in Beltway Learning Center and let the proper person know what needs to be ordered.
    Support and maintain BLC facilities, equipment, computers, tools, etc."
 

Qualifications

    Bi-lingual applicants given high consideration
    Punctual
    HVAC Experience
    Strong attention to detail
    Experience with Prophet21 a plus
    Commitment to excellent customer service
    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    Ability to prioritize, work well under deadlines & manage multiple responsibilities
    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    Ability to sit for several hours at a time
    Basic mathematics skills (add, divide, multiply and subtract units of measure)

Educational Requirements and/or Experience Required

A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of sales and/or HVAC experience is required. Basic level understanding of air conditioning and heating knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
