Systems Support Manager
Position Type : Full Time, Permanent
Location : Dallas
This is an on-site only role, with light travel –passport required.
You Will Get To :
Lead end-user services and technical infrastructure and operations including servers, back-office apps, storage, backup and data centers. As the leader you will manage overall team performance, provide constructive feedback (coaching / mentoring), conduct performance reviews, and hire as appropriate. You will be expected to make business presentations to leadership.
- Lead a team providing Tier II deskside support. Constantly evaluate emerging user needs and proactively address them in future lifecycle plans that will cover hardware, software, vendor selection, installation, integration, set-up, and testing.
- Lead a team deploying, installing, and upgrading desktops, servers, storage / backup devices and network / telecom systems
- Maintain required reliability and availability of all systems under your leadership
- Contribute to the overall IT strategy to meet business needs.
The Well-Qualified Candidate Will Have :
