The attorneys will be part of an L & E practice that includes equal employment counseling and litigation, management-side labor, wage and hour, and executive compensation. Attorneys will practice in state, federal, and appellate courts, and advocate for clients before the EEOC, OFCCP, and NLRB. Candidates must have 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, and be licensed in D.C. This role is remote, with occasional office visits. Competitive salary bonus generous benefits.
