">- Plan, assign, and direct the work of the maintenance team.
- Oversee and participate in the repair and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising maintenance personnel.
- Promote and enforce established safety programs and procedures.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
">- 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interpret and implement schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with blueprints and electrical systems.
- Experience in electronic maintenance and high-speed packaging.
