Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with proven expertise in QuickBooks to oversee and streamline our office operations. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in administrative management, bookkeeping, and team collaboration. Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an office management role. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
  • Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills :

strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles.
  • Preferred : Experience in payroll, HR support, or customer service is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Office Operations Management : Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing day-to-day activities, maintaining supplies, and organizing workflows.
  • QuickBooks Proficiency : Handle accounts payable / receivable, create and manage invoices, reconcile bank statements, and generate financial reports using QuickBooks.
  • Administrative Duties : Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support leadership with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Budget Tracking : Monitor office expenses and assist in budget planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Human Resources Support : Oversee onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll using QuickBooks, if required.
  • Vendor & Client Relations : Communicate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation.
