Our client offers a great culture, work-life balance, and career growth. Our client is seeking to hire a Payroll Coordiantor who has experience processing payroll for multiple companies / codes. In addition, having experience with ADP WorkForceNow is highly important in this role. You will be processing payroll for less than 200 employees across multiple states. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the prep / processing of payrolls for over 150 employees.
- Multi-state payroll and tax responsibilities
- Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.
- Establish / maintain employee payroll records
- Ensures that payroll related transactions are processed in compliance with external and
- internal policies.
- Audits payroll information for accuracy
- Enters required wage garnishments from Local, State or Federal agencies.
- Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations.
- Manages 401K plan reconciliation and calculation for matching contributions and annual
- audit compliance.
- Prepares regular payroll reports, extracting data from payroll reporting module.
