Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is ideal)
- 5 years leading an engineering team within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in CAD systems
- Experience with hands-on experience involving CAPEX projects within a manufacturing facility
