Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Conduct quality reviews of cases, projects, and data.
Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvements .
Ensure compliance with call center quality standards .
Participate in mandatory in-office days (currently Tuesdays, first 3 weeks of the month).
Attend meetings, trainings, and system go-lives as required.
What We're Looking For :
Quality assurance experience in a call center (required).
Strong data analysis and trend identification skills.
Ability to work hybrid (1 day in office weekly, fully remote last week of the month).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities .
Must be flexible with potential return-to-office adjustments.
