WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Quality Analyst, you will oversee quality assurance processes by inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and equipment. Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards, track production, and eliminate defects. Train staff, implement improvement strategies, and manage quality protocols to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Provide guidance to teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
- Ensures compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
- Provides a framework for continuous improvement
- Reduces expenses by preventing defects

- Surveying and gauging the quality of products
- Assuring that products abide by customer specifications and industry standards

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry.
- 3-5 years Call Center experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible, changing schedule with regards to days and hours
- Customer Service Quality Assurance experience is a plus
- Strong people skills and good at conflict resolution – is a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent attention to detail with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
