work hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant who is an exceptional communicator, organized, customer service oriented and works well with others.

Responsibilities :

  • Answering customer phone calls and emails regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries
  • Entering sales orders into the CRM system accurately and timely
  • Verifying customer details and ensuring accurate billing information
  • Filling important sales documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist sales reps in the process of managing orders for client events

Required Skills :

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to oversee an order from the point of inquiry through invoicing and follow-up
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Quick thinker and able to resolve customer needs and offer alternative solutions when necessary
  • Work effectively with sales, warehouse and other departments in an effort to complete customer's needs for a successful event
  • Provide top-quality service to customers, clients and visitors
  • Education and Experience :

  • Customer service, administrative, sales : 1-3 years
  • Knowledge of MS Office required
  • Any experience in Events, Catering, Hospitality or Rental Industries is a bonus!
