Job Description:
Randstad Enterprise is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scanner for an immediate 3-month contract position based in Rockville, MD. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scanning files, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records for our client. If you have experience with scanning and computer systems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan files and save them to the company’s in-house system.
- Perform data entry of cards for scanning purposes.
- Verify information on scanned cards for accuracy.
- Review other team members' scanning work to ensure quality control and accuracy.
- Handle and move banker boxes (under 20 lbs).
- Maintain an organized inventory of files.
Qualifications:
- Prior scanning experience and familiarity with computer systems is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move banker boxes (less than 20 lbs).
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
- This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Casual dress code is allowed.
- Immediate start is required.
