We are seeking a professional Tax Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in La Jolla to assist with the busy tax season. This role is fully in office, 5 days a week and we are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and in providing colleagues and clients with exceptional service.
salary : $25 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide partner and colleague support for administrative needs
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client matters.
- Assist with client project management by coordinating with clients to gather information,
responding to inquiries, and tracking return deadlines to ensure timely completion and
client satisfaction
