The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist tax professionals with administrative tasks and client support. Assist at reception
  • Prepare and organize tax documents and files for review
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with proofreading and transcribing tax documents as needed

Experience :

  • Min of 2 year's experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with tax office procedures
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Adobe
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
