WFH BILINGUAL CALL CENTER – ENGLISH/SPANISH
Are you a Call Center Representative with ability to assist customers in English and Spanish? Would you like to start a position from the comfort of your home?

Location: Remote in the USA.
Shift: Between 8am – 8pm EST
Pay Rate: $19 - $20.50/hr (bilingual)
What you will be doing:
- Processing routine and complex inquiries to provide high quality service to internal and external customers
- Handling inquiries involving group life, disability and absence including claims, medical underwriting, and continuation of coverage
- Handling first notices of loss for group life, disability and absence claims via telephone and non-phone channels of work
The right candidate will have:
- 6 months of Contact Center or CSR experience
- Bilingual Spanish/ English
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Proven ability to navigate through multiple systems and applications
- Data entry skills
