Randy's Shoes is opening a new store on Soncy Road! We have been voted Amarillo's best shoe store the past two years and we are opening a new concept store with shoes and clothing. We are looking for dynamic sales people to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate shoes and clothing based on size, style, and comfort preferences.
Process transactions, including cash, credit, and returns, accurately and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of current shoe styles, brands, promotions, and store policies.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging customers and upselling relevant accessories and products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and achieve sales goals.
Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, receiving shipments, and managing backstock.
Follow all safety procedures and store policies to create a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
Other duties as directed by management.
