The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project specifications, evaluating costs, and preparing accurate estimates for materials, labor, and time required for various projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop competitive, precise bids.

Estimator Responsibilities:
Collaborating with managers of various departments.
Review blueprints and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
Identifying materials, processes, and equipment needed for production.
Using Paperless Parts and other software to prepare quotes.
Estimator Qualifications:
Computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2D/3D CAD experience preferred.
Manufacturing experience (Laser, Press Brake, Welding, CNC Mill/Lathe).
Coatings experience (liquid, powder, a-coat, e-coat).
Understanding of material types.
Reading drawings in Metric and Standard.
Proficient in Excel.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of computer functions, including the ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
