This Radiology Technologist position is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be working closely with experienced healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment and other modalities;
- Maintaining patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures;
- Analyzing medical histories and examining patients to determine the most effective imaging techniques;
- Preparing patients for procedures by explaining protocols and positioning them correctly;
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
Requirements:
- ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and prior experience as a practicing Radiologic Technologist;
- Prior experience with various imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, DEXA, and Mammography;
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
