Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Rang Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a local contract job in Moab, Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical social work services to patients
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LCSW
- LCSW certification
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM with occasional Saturdays from 7:30AM to 10:30AM
- Covid vaccination and booster required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
