Title : Director of Finance
Location : Detroit , MI - 48219
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Bachelor s Degree required, Master s Degree & CPA strongly preferred.
Minimum of five to seven years of experience in financial management
Experience with accounting system software, in particular Quickbooks Online and bill.com
Strong computer skills in MS Office, Google and databases
Commitment to Developing K.I.D.S. mission and core values of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Relationships, Retention, & Respect; Always Evolving; Accountability & Motivation.
Preferred accounting experience in a Non-profit organization.
Ability to effectively self-manage.
Experience communicating key data, including presentations to the Board, Executive Committee, and outside partners.
