Standard Monday – Friday 40/hr week


Chance for Extension (Y/N): full 18 month contact expected


Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a nice-to-have but not required.


Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience working at Client in a similar role, experience with procurement processes and tools.
  • They should demonstrate strong performance and have positive recommendations from their previous roles within Client.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and direct experience with the MyOrder system are essential
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 Proficiency
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with Procurement Processes Experience; opening purchase orders, managing supplier registrations, and dealing with the SPA program
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with previous administrative functions experience

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team supports Client by managing procurement processes and tools.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to managing procurement processes and tools, opening purchase orders, managing supplier registrations, and dealing with the SPA program for suppliers.
  • They also handle administrative tasks like expense reports and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,
  • 10-15%: Meetings or calls
  • 70%: Procurement-related processes
  • 15-20%: Administrative tasks, including expense reports and travel arrangements

Summery:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
