Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for learning all Business Banking loan products and appropriate documentation for products in order to be in compliance with loan regulations, guidelines, and policies
- Prepare loan closing documents for commercial /installment loans
- Perform general maintenance work on loan portfolio records
- Image loan files, insurance information, CIF information & financial information
- Ensure business bankers obtain current insurance policies for properties & vehicles held as collateral for various loans
- Disburse loan funds to participating banks in timely manner, and provide updated information regarding the loans in which they participate
- Process documentation required to satisfy paid off loans
- Assist lenders with preparation and review of loan documentation packets
- Ensure compliance with all CIP and Beneficial owner requirements
- Reverse payments applied to loans incorrectly, returned for insufficient funds or any other reason
- Adheres to Range Bank policies and procedures.
- Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness.
- College degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and/or 1-3 years experience in a related position
