Position Overview :
We are seeking an innovative and driven Scientist - Reagent Development to lead the charge in creating high-quality, cutting-edge reagents critical to our mission. This role requires a deep technical expertise in antibody-DNA conjugation and a passion for developing robust manufacturing and quality management systems (QMS) from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in turning our R&D innovations into customer-facing products, bridging the gap between groundbreaking science and real-world applications.
