Job Responsibilities:
- Works without risk or harm to self or others
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures.
- Safely operate both on and off-road vehicles.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Recognize, control, and communicate safety or environmental hazards.
- Labeling sample bags and chip trays, bagging samples of core
- Picking up the core or RC samples from drill sites
- Washing and photographing core prior to logging
- Downloading core photos, renaming and organizing core photo
- Cutting or splitting the core
- Stacking and shelving the core boxes in order
- Arranging samples to be delivered to the assay lab
- Cleaning and maintaining a core saw
- Cleaning and organizing a warehouse
- Collecting soil samples and staking claim
- Ability to stand for long period
- Ability to walk up, down, and over rough terrain
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. throughout the day
- Experience reading maps, using a GPS, and driving off-road are preferred
- Requires a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to walk up, down, and over rough terrain

- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Working knowledge and skill using personal computers
- Must be willing to do physically demanding labor as well as have a desire to work in the field and be able to learn and follow scientific methods
- Core Logging experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Geology
