🚧 We're Hiring: Project Accountant | West Palm Beach, Florida (On-site)
Rangeline is looking for a detail-driven, construction-savvy Project Accountant to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working closely with project teams, and bring accuracy and insight to financial reporting — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage full-cycle job cost accounting for construction projects
🔹 Track budgets, billings, change orders, and project cash flow
🔹 Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial tracking
🔹 Maintain compliance documentation and process certified payroll
🔹 Monitor accounts payable entries tied to project costs
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3 years of experience in construction accounting (underground utility a plus)
✔️ Sage Intacct experience preferred
✔️ Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
