Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Knowledge of office equipment operations.
- Answer requests for information and refer to the appropriate sources.
- Plan and schedule appointments.
- Assist designated personnel with daily tasks and assignments.
- Organize, maintain and distribute materials.
- Oversee the composition of correspondence.
- Prepare reports and records documents for filing.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
