About Us
Ranon Logistics Network is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider, specializing in order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution. We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and play a key role in processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations in our warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming orders, enter them into the warehouse management system (WMS), and ensure accuracy.
- Process outgoing customer orders, generating shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Communicate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure smooth order flow.
- Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and update stock records.
- Operate a pallet jack (as needed) to assist in moving inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Track shipments and provide order status updates to internal teams or customers.
- Assist with troubleshooting shipping, order, and inventory issues.
- Be a team player, supporting warehouse operations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL warehouse operations.
- Strong data entry skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order fulfillment software.
- Experience with inventory management, stock-taking, and cycle counting.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack (training provided if needed).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
