Quality Engineer - Paper and Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of paper-based products and packaging solutions.
• Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to bring new products to market.
• Support the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Participate in research and development projects to explore new materials and technologies.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science and Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the paper industry.
• Familiarity with quality control and testing methodologies.
