Responsibilities of a Management Associate:
- Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve sales goals, and complete direct outreach metrics
- Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
- Work with the sales team and other Management Associatesto determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
- Utilize entry-level training on sales, customer service, client expectations, and business metrics to generate new opportunities for the client successfully
- Analyze sales results to identify patterns, track market preferences, and better assist customer service and marketing strategies
- A high school diploma or equivalency is required
- An Associate's or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Policy, or a related field is encouraged
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, business, management, or leadership is encouraged
- Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper training
- Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, representatives, and other Management Associates
- Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service
