Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to engage potential customers through scheduled outreach and sales initiatives.
- Explain the benefits of our clients' products and services to interested community members and enroll them in tailored solutions.
- Build genuine connections with customers by effectively communicating product offerings and company values.
- Facilitate enrollment processes to meet sales goals and drive revenue for our clients.
- Present multiple promotional packages to customers, helping them select the best value for their needs.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and product training to enhance skills and expertise.
- Research market competitors and assess assigned territories to improve promotional strategies.
