POSITION SUMMARY :
The Special Care Coordinator (SCC) is responsible to meet memory care residents’ needs and develop and manage activities in the special care unit, in accordance with resident need, current federal, state, & local regulation, health, sanitary & infection control policy, and all company policies and procedures. The SCC works directly with the operation and clinical management staff to ensure the highest degree of care is maintained for each resident at all times.
