- Produce and garnish a variety of Gelato's and Sorbet's following Rao's Bakery recipes and standards.
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Manage food service operations to deliver quality products in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations throughout the food production process.
- Coordinate catering orders and execute them flawlessly.
**Skills:**
- Knife handeling experance. You will be cutting fruit
- Proven experience in a bakery or similar setting.
- Proficiency in inventory control and management practices.
- Strong background in food service.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices.
- Experience in food production techniques.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in catering operations.
